I'm stuck. I can't get under 228. I got to 226, but then got it back. I'm really having to push myself to get under it. I've started doing some strength training in hopes it will get me below 228 -- and keep it off. Any tips or anything will be well appreciated.

Here's the dealieo -- strength training boosts your metabolism for longer than cardio does -- like 24~ hours, whereas cardio is good for a 4-6h metabolism boost. So it might help to keep things moving and get your weight down more than just cardio alone. Remember, though, that you'll gain muscle and MAY gain more weight before you start losing again. That's normal and okay.
