Well, On week two of the weight loss competition I weighed in at 240. Fifteen pounds lost since I was at my highest -- 255.

This is doable. I just need to keep up with it. During these two weeks I've worked on adding in more health food and working out more.

In the 2nd two weeks I want to try not to eat ANYTHING unhealthy and walk // work out 5 times both weeks :].

Goals:
  • Watch sodium.
  • Stop eating unhealthy food.
  • work out more.
  • add in some strength training 
  • drink ONLY water.
  • don't let work get in the way of exercise.

Well, I havent' posted much on here for awhile, but I have been eating better and going to the gym more.

I joined a weight loss thing at the gym.
It was $10 to enter. For every pound you gain, you put another dollar in the pot.
Whoever loses the most this month gets all of the money.

I figure $10 to motivate myself, and maybe even someone else, isn't bad at all.
I weighed 245 at the start. Today I weighed 243 even.

I've also been working a lot more, which can be both bad and good. I'm tempted to buy Taco Bell out of convenience on my break.

Side note: I absolutely cannot wait for tomorrow. I'm supposed to be seeing this absolutely amazing guy :]
