This is doable. I just need to keep up with it. During these two weeks I've worked on adding in more health food and working out more.
In the 2nd two weeks I want to try not to eat ANYTHING unhealthy and walk // work out 5 times both weeks :].
Goals:
- Watch sodium.
- Stop eating unhealthy food.
- work out more.
- add in some strength training
- drink ONLY water.
- don't let work get in the way of exercise.
